Blood tests and investigations

If you require blood tests and other lab investigations, we can arrange this with our partners. The results will be delivered to us and we will follow up with you. There will be additional costs to arranging and review of lab investigations.

Death certification

Certifying death is possible at home, depending on case to case basis. In certain situations where the cause of death is unnatural or not clearly known, we cannot certify the death.  Having documentation of the patient’s medical conditions is very helpful for us to decide if we can certify the death, e.g. medical reports, discharge summaries, doctors’ memos. The patient’s identity documents are also required on-site (NRIC, passport, FIN card, etc.).

Medical assessments

We do not provide medical assessments for insurance, legal purposes, etc.
